沃尔玛加速进军中国电商领域 全资拥有1号店

新闻来源: 华尔街见闻  沃尔玛集团周四宣布，集团已全资掌控了1号店在中国的电子商务业务。
　　沃尔玛从中国平安以及1号店前董事长于刚、前CEO刘峻岭手中购买了余下股份，全资拥有1号店在中国的电子商务业务。沃尔玛之前持有1号店大约51%的股份。

　　至此，沃尔玛用五年时间完成了对中国的电商布局，分别是大卖场O2O平台速购、电商平台1号店和山姆会员店网上商城及App。

3 D  A. d# P+ X9 M　　沃尔玛中国官网信息显示，沃尔玛在2011年6月正式启动了中国市场电子商务之旅。不过，从业务层面上讲，早在2006年，沃尔玛就在国内短暂尝试过电商渠道，但很快放弃。此后的2010年12月，沃尔玛旗下山姆会员店推出网上商城。不过，这一业务的表现毫无亮点。

　　随着全资持有1号店所有权，沃尔玛计划加速进军中国电商领域，为客户创造在互联网、移动端和实体店的无缝购物体验。

" {# Z9 I! a- x% W( V% W8 A　　业内人士向时代周报表示，于、刘出局之前早已多次被传离职，这背后也折射出1号店与沃尔玛之间存在很大的博弈与分歧。“沃尔玛需有业绩体现，而1号店却在烧钱扩张市场，双方经营理念相悖。”

　　控股股东沃尔玛中国总部的公关部相关负责人向时代周报表示：“控股的中国电子商务公司1号店的两位联席创始人已宣布离职筹备他们的下一个公司，作为沃尔玛中国战略核心部分的1号店由此步入了转型期。沃尔玛将继续致力于1号店的发展，并寻找新的领军人物。”

All of this has been made possible by your tireless efforts and by the entrepreneurship and leadership of Gang and Junling.
